Here are some common questions we have about our service.
01.Is it possible to signup for one user account?
Yes, you can signup from one user account and a organization account for your self.
02.How can I add more users to my account?
You should have enough user licenses to added users to your account. From an administrator privilege account, navigate to Organization > Users, then add a new user.
03.Do we loose all data from a deleted account?
All information that is relevant to the user account would be deleted however if the user is an owner of an organization or group, they would not be able to delete their account until they reassign it to someone else. If you would like to keep data of the user would like to delete but revoke access, you can Disable the user account.
04.How can I renew my subscription?
Subscription is renewed automatically. Please contact support if you have any issues with your subscription.
